Tioga County is home to a number of musicians, artists and crafts people, many of whom are recognized throughout the nation. Make sure you check out the Haunted History Trail of New York State. The trail will take you to places where human forms come out of the mist and strange lights wink from the dark! It will include places in Tioga County such as the Zombie Festival, Zombieland, and the haunted tour of the oldest hotel in Owego, the Parkview Restaurant.
