150 seat cabaret style theatre in a modern facility offering 5 live performances per year; musicals, comedies, and dramas. October through June. Also showing cinema/independent films, & media arts with state-of-the-art projection system. Facility available to groups & businesses for meeting, special events, ceremonies, concerts, etc. Box office open 10 am-2 pm Tues.-Fri.

Over 25 years presenting festivals, concerts, galleries, and exhibits. Located in the center of Owego's Historic Business District, the Arts Council is in the process of restoring its building, known as the Old Owego Bank, back to it's original grandeur of 125 years ago. Artspace Gallery is open on the first floor. Weekdays, 9 am-5 pm.

An 1872 restored and renovated tiered 55-seat storefront theatre allowing aspiring performing arts members to exercise their talents on a small stage. The Opera House is available for groups, banquets, parties and special occasions as well. Step into the past as you enter the foyer filled with an array of eclectic treasures. The Opera House second floor holds an Art Gallery, Studio and opportunity for arts members to rehearse.
